How is the 12-month window calculated?
From the customer's first successful payment. Every payment in the next 365 days (monthly, annual renewal, top-ups) generates a 40% commission. After that, the conversion expires — no further commission, even if they stay.
What if the customer refunds?
Refunded commissions are clawed back from your next payout. You'll see the refund on your dashboard.
Can the customer get a discount via my link?
Not currently. Your link doesn't change their price — they pay full retail, and you earn 40%. We may add buyer-side discounts later.
When do I get paid?
Quarterly (end of March, June, September, December). Minimum payout £40. Below that, your balance rolls over.
How long is the attribution cookie?
90 days from click. If your audience clicks your link today and buys within 90 days, the commission is yours — even if they bought from a different device, provided they're logged into the same email.
What percentage of my visitors actually get attributed?
Per GDPR/UK PECR, the attribution cookie is saved only if the visitor clicks "Accept" on the consent banner. On average ~30% of EU visitors accept (the rest decline or ignore). So out of 100 visitors via your link, ~30 will be attributed to you for the next 90 days. Non-EU traffic has higher attribution rates (no strict consent requirement). Why we do this? Legal compliance — other affiliate programs auto-set cookies without consent (legally grey). We chose transparency and compensate with 40% commission (vs 20–30% industry standard).
Can I promote on paid ads (Google / Meta)?
No bidding on "Addlify" or brand-related keywords. Bidding on your own niche keywords is fine. Spammy tactics get you suspended.
