01
No migration. Ever.
Your spreadsheet stays your spreadsheet. The add-in installs in 30 seconds and reads directly from your existing columns.
02
Quarterly submissions, one click.
Map your income and expenses once. Every quarter, hit submit. The add-in talks to HMRC's MTD API and brings back confirmation receipts.
03
Multi-source ready.
Self-employment income, UK property, overseas property — separate digital records, combined where HMRC needs it, all from one workbook.
04
Year-end Final Declaration.
After your fourth quarterly update, generate and review the Final Declaration before filing — without leaving Excel.
05
Accountant mode.
Manage multiple clients from one dashboard. Each client gets their own workbook; you keep oversight of deadlines, statuses and submissions.

Things people ask first.

Is this HMRC-approved bridging software?
We are building Addlify Finance to meet HMRC's bridging software requirements and intend to apply for listing on the official "find software compatible with MTD" register before public launch. Until then, sandbox testing only.
Do I need to migrate from my current spreadsheet?
No. The add-in works on top of your existing Excel workbook. You map your columns once during setup — that's it.
What does the 9 months free cover?
Full access to all features for the first 9 months after public launch, in exchange for testing the beta and sharing feedback. After that, regular pricing applies — and you can cancel anytime.
I'm under the £50k threshold. Should I still sign up?
Yes. The threshold drops to £30k in April 2027 and £20k in April 2028 — and HMRC accepts voluntary sign-ups now. Early adoption makes the transition smoother.
Will it work on Mac / Excel for Web?
Yes. Built on Office.js — runs on Windows, Mac, and Excel for the Web. No VBA, no legacy add-ins.
